Where we deliver, when, and what it costs.

Where we deliver
We deliver across much of Delhi. Enter your pincode on the home page or any product page to check yours. At checkout we only accept addresses in pincodes we deliver to.
Delivery slots
Pick a date and time slot at checkout. Each slot stops taking orders a little before it starts, so we have time to pack your fruit fresh.

Order early in the day for same-day delivery; otherwise choose the next day. Busy slots can fill up, and checkout only shows slots that still have room.
Charges
- Minimum order: ₹1,000 worth of fruit.
- Delivery charge: ₹99, free on orders over ₹2,500.
- Cash on delivery: ₹50 extra. Paying online has no extra charge.
Checkout shows the exact delivery charge for your pincode before you pay.
On delivery day
- We send updates by email, and on WhatsApp if you ask for them at checkout.
- Please make sure someone can take the delivery. Fruit is perishable, so we can't leave it outside or with a guard unless you tell us to in the order notes.
- If we can't reach you, we'll call. If no one can take the order, we'll try to rearrange it; a second delivery may be charged.
- Rarely, traffic or weather delays a slot. If we're going to be late, we'll tell you.
Changing or cancelling
Message us as soon as you can. We can change the slot or cancel for a full refund until your order is packed. After that, the fruit has been picked for you and we can't take it back, unless something is wrong with it (see refunds and replacements).
