Questions and answers

The things people ask us most. Can't find yours? Contact us.

Ordering

Do I need an account?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see past orders and order the same fruit again in one tap.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, ₹1,000 worth of fruit. Your basket shows how much more you need.

Can I send fruit as a gift?

Yes. Enter the recipient's name, number and address at checkout, and add a note for us in the delivery notes. Our gift boxes are made for it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until it's packed. Message us as early as you can with your order number. See refunds and replacements.

Delivery

Do you deliver to my area?

Enter your pincode on the home page to check. We cover much of Delhi and are adding areas.

When will my fruit arrive?

In the date and time slot you choose at checkout. Each slot closes a little before it starts; the delivery page lists the slots and cutoffs.

How much is delivery?

It depends on your area and order size, and checkout shows it before you pay. Larger orders often deliver free. Details are on the delivery page.

Paying

How can I pay?

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is also available for ₹50 extra.

Money left my account but I didn't get a confirmation.

Don't pay again. Payments sometimes take a few minutes to reach us; your order is then confirmed automatically, or the money is refunded. If you hear nothing within an hour, contact us with the time and amount.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, wherever GST applies. Contact us if you need a GST invoice.

The fruit

Will my fruit be ripe?

We pack fruit ready to eat within a few days. Some fruit, like avocado and kiwi, keeps ripening at home. If you'd like it riper or firmer, say so in the delivery notes and we'll pick to suit.

How should I store it?

Keep berries, cherries and cut fruit in the fridge and wash them just before eating. Leave bananas, mangoes and avocados out until ripe, then refrigerate. Most exotic fruit, like mangosteen and rambutan, is best in the fridge and eaten within 3 to 4 days.

Where does your fruit come from?

Product pages say where each fruit comes from. Exotic fruit is often imported; everyday fruit usually comes from Indian farms when it's in season.

Something arrived spoiled. What now?

Send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. See refunds and replacements.
