This website is run by Berries and More. By placing an order you agree to these terms, along with our delivery, refunds and privacy pages.

Orders

• Your order is accepted when we show the confirmation page and send you a confirmation. Until then, we may decline it, for example if fruit sells out or the address is outside our delivery area.
• If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable after we confirm, we'll tell you and refund that item, or offer a swap you agree to.
• The minimum order is ₹1,000 worth of fruit.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where it applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets), or cash on delivery for an extra ₹50.
• We price everything carefully, but mistakes happen. If a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before delivering, and you can cancel for a full refund.
• Fruit is natural, so the number of pieces in a pack can vary. Packs sold by weight contain at least the weight shown.

Coupons

Coupons work only within their stated dates, limits and conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are applied before delivery charges. We may cancel coupon use that breaks those conditions.

Delivery and problems

We deliver in the slot you choose, as described on our delivery page. If fruit arrives spoiled, damaged or wrong, tell us within 24 hours as our refunds and replacements page explains.

Your account

Keep your password private. You're responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Our responsibility

If something goes wrong with an order, the most we'll pay is what you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for delays we can't control, such as severe weather, strikes or road closures, but we'll tell you and offer a new slot or a refund. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our responsibility for anything the law doesn't allow us to exclude.

Allergies and food safety

Wash fruit before eating. If you have a food allergy, check with us before ordering.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Please contact us first so we can sort out any problem; if we can't, the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
