Refunds and replacements
Fruit is natural and sometimes it lets us down. If it does, we'll put it right.

Our promise
If any fruit arrives spoiled, damaged, underripe beyond use, or not what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund it. You choose which.
How to tell us
- Within 24 hours of delivery, message us with your order number.
- Add a photo of the fruit that's wrong. It helps us fix the problem with our suppliers too.
- We'll reply the same day (or the next morning if it's late) and tell you what happens next.
- Reply to your order confirmation and we'll pick it up.
Missing items: please tell us on the day of delivery so we can check with the rider.
What we'll do
- Replacement: we send fresh fruit with your next order, or on its own in the next slot we can manage. No delivery charge.
- Refund: we refund the price you paid for the affected fruit. If the whole order was unusable, we refund the delivery charge as well.
How refunds are paid
- Paid online (UPI, card, net banking or wallet): back to the same account through our payment provider, Razorpay. We start the refund within 2 working days of agreeing it; your bank usually shows it within 5 to 7 working days.
- Paid cash on delivery: by UPI or bank transfer to an account you give us, within 2 working days of agreeing it.
- If you paid but your order wasn't confirmed (for example, the page closed during payment), the money is refunded automatically or your order is confirmed within a few minutes. If you don't hear from us, contact us with the time and amount.
Cancelling
You can cancel for a full refund until your order is packed. Message us as early as you can. Once packed, the fruit can't be resold, so we can't cancel unless something is wrong with it.
What isn't covered
- Natural differences in size, shape and colour between pieces of the same fruit.
- Fruit that went off more than 24 hours after delivery, or that was kept somewhere warm.
- Changing your mind after delivery.
None of this limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
